AS part of basic human life, sex can not be measured with the material. In fact, the existence of sex could not be replaced with anything. Therefore, if unfulfilled sexual needs encouragement, it will adversely affect health.
"No eating or drinking, people can die. While no sex, one can stress that leads to mental illness," said andrologist Amirin Zoya, M. Psi in the House Sitti, Jl Senopati, not long ago.
So, what about the sex life during fasting in Ramadan? As religious people, Muslims around the world would serve a month-long fasting during Ramadan last. Even so, every couple can still do it, after the obligatory prayer.
"Better yesterday during the fasting month of couples still have sex after Tarawih salat. That way, each can focus on work in the morning and not even fantasize about sex when sexual desire is not fulfilled, "he added.
Sex really should be routinely performed. Because, if unfulfilled, then the sense of 'thirst' will not be paid off completely.
"Just imagine when we are thirsty, your thirst will not be lost to us read a book instead? So is sex. That is why if couples used to have sex three times a week, should not eliminate these habits while on fasting. Most appropriate is to do it after the Tarawih prayers, "he concluded.
