Do not Let Pain Aching Trivial!

THOUGH mild, everyday activities like taking stuff in high places can cause muscle injury and soreness. To prevent this, familiarize yourself practicing correct posture.

According to Dr. Michael Triangton, SpKO, as expert fitness and exercise, soreness is a dull pain and then felt when the muscles to contract (move), not at rest. Soreness caused by trauma (a blow), stress, and the use of certain muscles repeatedly.
