DIET has always been linked with weight problems and women. This assumption does not seem to apply to all women, because Susan Bachtiar diving diet.

Not a few women undergo strict diet to stay slim body. But for presenter Susan Bachtiar, dieting done for health reasons, not the other.

"I am not dieting to slim, but for health," said Ambassador Indonesian Heart Foundation (YJI) at media gathering "The Importance of Heart Health and Living a Healthy Lifestyle" at the office YJI, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Thursday (15/09/2011).

"They say, an y excess is not good. I started eating a reasonable portion, lots of fiber, reducing sugars and sweet foods, plus gym three times a week, "he added.

"My father died of diabetes, which means diabetes in my family history. For that, I frequently checked the blood six months, "he concluded.
