Excessive appetite can lead to real health problems, especially if you are working to maintain weight. However, do not worry there are some simple ways that can help avoid excessive appetite.
1. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. Dehydration can actually cause our appetite increases.

6. Whenever possible, eat at home. Eating out at restaurants like having portions tend to be much. On average, three times larger than normal portions at home.
